Base Gel #2: Apply NUGENESIS BASE GEL bottle to the nail surface evenly after prep liquid. Apply using a back-to-forward motion to ensure the nail is covered. (This is an adhesive) Dip the nail in the desired powder and gently tap away any excess powder that remains on the nail.Tip:Use a brush to remove any excess powders. Repeat step once or twice depending on how thick you would like it.
